I apologize for the blog lapse from the beginning of December until now, the end of February, but I have very good reasons (hopefully most of you have been able to follow along with Kendrick's photo updates on facebook). In the words of Inigo Montoya: "Let me 'splain. <pause> No, there is too much, let me sum up."
The first part of December was in Vancouver, packed with family-related visits and activities, and a few intensive days of Home-Ec training for me (in preparation for Dubai). The latter half was spent in Maui for my brother's wedding - both the event and the location were both beautiful and captivating. January and February have passed in Dubai, and although the weather here is absolutely gorgeous, my entire time up until very recently has been marked with illness and exhaustion. I won't go into details here, but there is nothing seriously wrong and we've all mostly recuperated. Needless to say, the blog fell pretty low on the priority list during this time!
I return to the blog with a couple of action shots from today with a hint of a promise of more blogging in the near future - that is until I give birth in a couple of weeks!
(Gentle reader, please excuse Magnus' bowl cut to end all bowl cuts: I criticized the barber and in retaliation he wreaked his revenge on my son's hair!)
